As a General Manager of P&C of a values driven Not-for-profit, you'll collaborate closely with the EGM P&C to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence. About the Opportunity:
- Lead and oversee daily People & Culture operations, guiding the P&C Business Partnering team to optimise performance and operational excellence.
- This role will have a broad P&C generalist scope including planning and coaching to build business wide capabilities based on trend analysis
- You will support the EGM P&C in shaping the organisation’s strategic objectives.
- Ensuring confidence in dealings across the complex industrial landscape you will support multisite facilities within the aged care industry.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align strategic growth goals with workforce planning.
- Implement process improvements across policy definition, role design, KPI setting to enhance clarity in daily operations.
- Design and shape an exceptional employee experience.
- Enable great leadership, diversity of thought to foster mecwacare’s values.
- You will have demonstrated experience in leading a team of P&C Business Partners coupled with robust leadership abilities alongside exemplary senior stakeholder management skills.
- Showcase extensive experience in P&C generalist role, particularly in ER/IR, offering performance management guidance while ensuring compliance and best practice is implemented.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements with ability to review policies and procedures for driving change management and transformation.
- Experience in supporting employee retention and engagement initiatives.
