Your part in it
Reporting to the Executive Director People & Culture, this critical role which will oversee the People Strategy, Reward & Governance functions including the Remuneration and Benefits, People Services and HR System teams. The successful candidates will partner with key stakeholders at Executive and Board level across the organisation to drive HR transformation and execution of the People Strategy.

What you’ll put into it
Developing and implementing a comprehensive People Strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
Supporting attraction, retention and performance of talent through effective rewards, including executive remuneration and contributing to the remuneration committee.
Ensuring operational excellence and efficiencies in people services through robust governance frameworks.
Managing and mitigating all HR-related risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring to it
Extensive experience in a similar cross functional senior HR leadership role
Proven experience in a senior reward management role with experience in executive remuneration
Demonstrated experience in leading HR transformation initiatives and implementing innovative HR strategies and programs
Proficient in project management, adept at prioritising and overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing HR teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making
