SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join the biggest solar installer company in WA, we are looking to grow our Door To Door sales team in Perth metro with a new position coming available for immediate start.
Door To DoorLead Generation experience is a must. Sales + solar experience and knowledge is welcomed, but not essential.
You will be provided with different pay options to work with what you need best, inclusive of uncapped commissions with the weekly record being $8k for a week doing part time hours.
You MUST have: positive attitude, keen to work closely in a super fast growing team. Leadership skills with the willingness to train and upskills new team members.
You MUST look presentable and be comfortable with face to face interactions
You MUST have a valid WA driver's license and your own car.
You MUST be proficient on computers
Duties of the role include: Recruiting and training new representatives on a weekly basis, leading the team on the field daily, providing maps & structure for the team.

As we are a growing team we are looking for a long term position, candidates that have a great history of Door To Door sales will be considered for a permanent position within the company.
This will start as a part time role with set hours, but could evolve into a full time position for the right candidate.
