Sales General Manager - Capital Equipment

Job description

Develop and manage sound sales strategy for each region and product group in conjunction with key internal stakeholders
Responsible and take accountability for achieving Capital Equipment sales targets in accordance with company budgets.
Actively identify and manage risk in projects being tendered, either technical or commercial and drive mitigation strategies.
Manage, lead, motivate, mentor, and support a team of internal and external Sales, Business Development and Marketing staff.
Maintain CRM records with the team to ensure accuracy.
Participate in presentations, exhibitions and functions as required.
Domestic and international travel as required.
Oversee the preparation of budget estimates and proposals within the Sales team.
