Job description
- Develop and manage sound sales strategy for each region and product group in conjunction with key internal stakeholders
- Responsible and take accountability for achieving Capital Equipment sales targets in accordance with company budgets.
- Actively identify and manage risk in projects being tendered, either technical or commercial and drive mitigation strategies.
- Manage, lead, motivate, mentor, and support a team of internal and external Sales, Business Development and Marketing staff.
- Maintain CRM records with the team to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in presentations, exhibitions and functions as required.
- Domestic and international travel as required.
- Oversee the preparation of budget estimates and proposals within the Sales team.
