About You
- People leadership is your strong point, you’re highly self-aware of people leadership and capability needs and opportunities and have demonstrated experience supporting successful leadership development in others.
- You have a proven background balancing operational planning, delivering operational excellence, leading and embedding change, whilst achieving outcomes across customers, people, growth, quality and financial performance.
- You enjoy planning, engaging stakeholders and communicating business plans and reports through your highly developed communication skills.
- You’re determined to make a positive difference to clients’ lives, your team, and your local community!
- You can lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with flexibility and a strong sense of ownership
- You have a flair for creativity (or you can inspire creativity in other others) and can turn ideas into reality
- You have demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
