Our Social Enterprise is a cause driven, commercial operation that exists to make social and business impact through the promotion of the benefits and value of employing people with disabilities. We operate across 5 employment sites in Ballarat.
After successfully merging operations with Ballarat Regional Industries (BRI) in 2022 we are seeking a commercially savvy people leader to join us as our General Manager to help us take our Social Enterprise to the next level.

We also provide tailored third party labour solutions to our local commercial partners in current areas such as SQF accredited food packaging, light industrial assembly, cleaning, linen hire, landscaping/gardening, event management and recycling operations.
Most recently we have added the operation of the two Ballarat, Victorian Container Deposit Scheme Recycling Depots as our latest innovative work opportunities.
We employ a dedicated and professional team of operations and disability professionals to enable our 220 strong supported employment workforce to succeed in achieving their employment goals whilst also delivering quality work outcomes.
About You:Ideally you will have:
- Come from an operations, production or senior management position in a manufacturing, light industrial, warehousing or similar environment and this experience is supported with tertiary qualifications.
