Job description
Various shifts days and hours doing 38 hours a week. Nights and weekends are necessary.Hands on Position doing actual shifts in various locations of the Hotel such as
Bottleshop, bars, gaming and bistro.Be able to complete rosters with in budgets, manage staff day to day
Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience
Current RSA, RSG & RSF certificates.Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.Current Drivers Licence.Current Accreditation for TAB.A hands-on approach to management.A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills.A passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to create a positive and proactive working environment.
