Senior Av Technician

The Company:

This business is looking for a Senior AV Tech to join their stable team and contribute to delierving high standards for their commercial AV clients.They offer flexibility, full support and career development plus opportunities to make the role your own with full autonomy.The Role:

• Ideally looking for someone to take on a senior / leadership role in the service department
• Lead 2x service techs
• Provide technical advice and support (use of Epson, Creston, Extron, Cisco etc)
• Manage client relationships and contracts
• 60/40 office and field based
• Administration duties - direct workloads, scheduling, documentation
• Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Ideal Profile:

• Technical experience in AV install and service
• Commercial experience e.g. Education, Finance, Health, Government, Offices etc.
• Relationship management skills (clients, external partners, internally)
• Experience in fault finding, audio visual schematics and video distribution systems
• Ideally holds EWP, White Card and can obtain a Police Clearance

Benefits:

• Salary circa $85k + Super + Car + Incentives + Fuel + All Tools Provided
