About the Role
We are seeking suitably experienced and business astute General Manager of Digital Control Security Systems to lead and manage a team of Commissioning and Installation Technicians with Electronic Security, Communication & Access Control Systems expertise.
You will possess strengths in electronic security systems, CCTV systems, access control, intercom / public address and general maintenance and along with commercial and Industrial fit outs. You will oversee and manage the service and project streams. We value career and skill development and provide professional development and additional product and industry training.
A core component of the role will ensure the Team install, service and commission works to high standards each and every time. Functional responsibilities include leading the business unit strategy, operational and customer service delivery, commercial management and business development (new and existing), safety and compliance, human resources and talent management, financial and budgetary control.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Strong leadership capabilities and able to mentor team members.
- Previous technical experience in commissioning and installing digital control security systems.
- A valid, current West Australian Security Installers Licence.
- A current ACMA Cabling Licence.
- A WA White Card.
- A valid WA driver’s licence – with C class endorsement as a minimum.
- Manage a workforce servicing the Perth metro and regional areas if required (Travel may required to perform the role).
- Lead by example, highly motivated, organised and proactive.
- Make swift business decisions that add and create business value.
- Be able to demonstrate a positive approach and a comprehensive understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage yourself and others.
