DESIRED CANDIDATE: We are seeking a long term dedicated Receptionist/ Administration Assistant desiring to strengthen their skills and experiences, along side the the growth of Collaroy Medical Centre.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Good Customer Service- Checking in patients and managing their enquiries until all their questions are resolved.
General Reception/ Admin duties - Managing patient and triaging their appointment, billings, phone calls and emails
Administration Support: providing administration support for co-workers as required
Multitasking - Proficient in handling the pressure and responsibility of efficiently managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Embracing Kindness: Represent and foster a kind, caring company culture based on equality, honesty, and understanding.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
- Previous Medical Reception/Admin experience (GP medical experience highly regarded).
- Computer literacy & IT/Software Knowledge (BP experience highly regarded).
- High work ethic with a proactive "always willing to help" attitude.
- High standards of customer service (professional, caring, friendly, confident, and courteous).
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize wisely.
- High quality standard and attention to detail.
- Demonstrating strong interest & long-term reliable commitment to the role (highly regarded).
