Position: Telehealth General Practitioner (GP)
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia or (Work from home)
Hourly Rate: $180 – $240 per hour

About Us: The Australian Menopause Centre is a leading telehealth clinic specializing in women’s health, with a special focus on menopause management. We are dedicated to providing evidence-based care and support to women during this significant life stage.

Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate GP who is passionate about supporting women through menopause. As a Telehealth GP at Australian Menopause Centre, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women by providing comprehensive healthcare services tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth consultations with patients experiencing menopause symptoms.
• Provide personalized care, advice, and treatment options tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with our team of caring and motivated menopause doctors.
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
• Provide patient education and support to empower women in managing their menopause symptoms and improving their overall health outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in menopause medicine and telehealth practices.

Requirements:

• Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Eligibility to participate in the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) and prescribe medications via telehealth consultations.
• Experience in women's health, menopause management, or hormone therapy is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.
