Practice Nurse

Opportunity currently exists for a motivated and hard-working Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our well-established general practices at Kruger Medical Centre at Harden and Cootamundra Family Medical Centre at Cootamundra NSW. Both part time and full-time positions will be considered. The Job starts ASAP.

Essential Skills/Qualities:

Registered Nurse or Enrolled nurse with APHRA registration

Role Duties

All general practice  nursing duties such as (but not limited to):

Child and adult immunisations;

Wound care, chronic and acute;

ECG's;

INRs;

Health assessments;

Care Plans;

Infection control;

Stock control;

Ear syringing;

Taking and recording patient history for triage;

Set up and assist for doctors minor procedures;

Vaccine ordering;

Accreditation knowledge favourable.
