Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with gas and electrical equipment, performing maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with our Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge and understanding of commercial kitchen equipment (or similar) would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Current driver’s license and proficiency with computers are essential.

Licencing Requirements:

• Full Gas Fitting or Restricted Gas Fitting licence - Type A Gas Appliances (Desirable)
• Full Electrical Worker or Restricted Electrical licence (Mandatory).
• Current Driver’s Licence (Mandatory).

Experience:

• Proficiency with computers is required.
• Specific training will be provided for other aspects of the role.
