General Services Officer - Patient Catering/Cleaning

About the Role
In this role you will be:
- Responsible for patient meal deliveries and assisting with food preparation for patients, staff, cafe and functions.
- Ensure a high standard of quality in hospital food production and cleanliness within the department, adhering to the required Food Safety Plan, relevant HACCP standards and Hospital policy.
- Reports to the Hotel Services Manager and collaborates with a diverse team.
- Ensure a high standard of hospital cleaning to wards.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess and experience in commercial kitchens, preferably in prep or healthcare settings.
Key Qualifications and attributes:
- Any formal food safety qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Whilst not essential, possessing a Cert III in Commercial Cookery is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Catering to a diverse range of dietary requirements is necessary.
- Experience in cleaning will be highly regarded.
Remuneration: Attractive salary package+ casual loading + superannuation + experience and levels
