Your opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Gift Card & Customer Contact the Gift Card Systems & Vendor Manager focuses on multiple aspects of the customer experience. This role leads the technical and operational facets of the Westfield Gift Card business, covering both physical and digital products across B2B and B2C channels in AU & NZ.

Responsibilities include contract and supplier management, compliance, program strategy, and initiative execution. The role also collaborates closely with Digital Technology teams to drive the Technology & Enablement Roadmap for the Gift Card product strategy, including:

  1. Lead strategic & operational initiatives
  2. Robust execution planning and related launch activities
  3. Identifying and managing prioritisation and interdependencies
  • Stakeholder management Drive engagement and consultation across teams, identifying opportunities to improve customer and frontline experiences. Developing and presenting business cases for internal alignment.
  • Lead the operational functions of the Gift Card Business, including day-to-day management, leading a team, and managing compliance, contractual, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage a focused program of work around fraud management and loss prevention, collaborating with the Finance Team and Performance, Insight & Assurance Team to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Manage operational relationships with key vendors, including relevant contractual elements.
  • Ensure vendors and product development are managed in alignment with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of vendor Request for Tenders

  • Customer-focused with a strong grasp of commercial and operational metrics.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational priorities from a product management and technical perspective.
  • Proven experience in product management, including driving development roadmaps, lifecycle management, and operations.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and the RFP process.
  • Compliance and Risk knowledge related to the Gift Card industry (AU & NZ) highly regarded.
  • Efficient and organised; able to prioritise effectively for self and others.
  • Understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the payments and banking ecosystem.
  • Awareness of the challenges and opportunities in Westfield Destinations
