Join us in a 12-month fixed term contract to optimise vendor relationships and drive excellence in contract and commercial management.
What you’ll do
Central to the success of our COE, the Senior Manager of Vendor and Contract Management will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and operation of an extensive ITO and BPO.
You are a skilled professional who can oversee both Vendor Relationships and Performance Management and have been involved in setting up a greenfield Vendor Management Office.
This role involves strategising a partner service relationship, monitoring Vendor Performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You'll lead negotiation and manage variations and disputes.
What you’ll bring
- A background / experience in setting up a best practice ITO/BPO specific Vendor Management Office (VMO)
Extensive Procurement / Contract Management in a large ITO & BPO commercial agreement
Sound commercial negotiation & management skills within an enterprise environment
Experience with influencing, presenting to, negotiating with & reporting into the ELT
Demonstrated history of driving deep operational excellence through process improvements
A problem-solving mindset with a service & delivery focus
