G.James Safety Glass (Victoria) has commissioned a brand new state of the art "Industry 4.0" automated glass processing facility on our current site in Campbellfield, Melbourne. We are growing our team and seek Glass Utility Workers to support our double glazing units, toughening furnace lines, processing and dispatch areas.

The Benefits:
- Permanent ongoing work Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week
- DAY Shift 6:00am-2:20pm $34.36/hour
- + additional weekly allowance $45.32 (includes laundry allowance)
- Monthly paid Rostered Day Off (RDO)

The position requires manual handling of glass products, and operating hand tools, hence successful applicants must be physically strong and fit with other requirements including but not limited to:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Previous experience in factory or warehouse with manual handling (experience with glass preferred but not essential)
- Ability to get the get the job done safely and accurately
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Current Australian drivers license + own reliable transport
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol test)
