B2B Marketing Analyst

We are currently seeking a B2B Marketing Analyst to join our client based in Dockland, VIC.
Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Job Description:
As a B2B Marketing Analyst, you'll be pivotal in supporting our client's Marketing Support Team (GBS) and wider B2B Marketing Squad. Your key responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management:

• Lead the development and execution of targeted B2B marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to enhance our B2B offering.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns.
  Business Analytics and Reporting:
• Develop and manage performance reporting dashboards.
• Forecast future campaign and commercial performance, cost, and ROI.
• Translate data and analysis into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize BP's data and segmentation.
  Key Challenges:
• Managing competing priorities across AU and NZ card portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to engage internal teams.
• Balancing competing demands to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  Qualifications & Experience:
• Tertiary degree in Business, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite preferred.
• 2+ years of commercial campaign or marketing analytics experience.
• Must have experience in developing business/ commercial performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with MarTech platforms like Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to work in a large global organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
