Through our engineering, design, and materials expertise we can make a big impact on increasing the productivity of our customers’ operations. The Consumables team will work closely with Operations on developing the right supply chain and manufacturing, drivers of quality and protection of intellectual property.Job Scope:As Global Engineering and Technology Manager you will have overall responsibility for all engineering deliverables and product advancement outcomes for the Screen and Feeder Consumables portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Screen and Feeder Consumables, this role is an important part of our leadership team and overall strategy deployment. We are looking for a dynamic, customer centric individual with a quality and growth mindset to achieve our objectives.What you will do:Execute the strategy for the Service Line in collaboration with cross functional teams.Design wear solutions that can deliver exceptional products to existing and new customers.Develop and implement a continuous improvement process to advance our product range.Manage the engineering functions related to the products within the Service Line with quality and agility as core drivers.Collaborate with Product & System business line managers to identify differentiation potential through enhanced wear parts offerings.Work closely with Operations on developing the right supply chain and manufacturing efficiencies, drivers of quality and protection of intellectual property.Lead Service Line team in accordance with corporate leadership values, instilling a culture of accountability, ongoing development, and ensuring employee engagement.Remain current with the evolution of technology advancements in materials and processes to inform ongoing improvements initiatives.What you bringConsiderable experience building and leading aftermarket organisation.Extensive work experience within the mineral processing industry.Relevant, direct experience with classification technologies.Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.Growth mindset.Leadership of a globally dispersed team with a mix of “shop floor” and “leaders”.Ability to turn insights into actions, creating and executing an implementation plan.Capability to work in a global matrix organization.Exposure in B2B E-commerce business in industry (highly regarded).What we offerCompetitive remuneration package on offer.Flexible working arrangements including working from home/flexible hours.Job security in a volatile market.
