Consulting Delivery Owner - Technical

This opportunity represents an exciting position within our accomplished Consulting team. As the Consulting Delivery Owner you will provide Technical expertise within our Fabric Consulting team. What does the Fabric team do? The Fabric team build the components which are integrated into our products providing low/no code solutions to our customers with an ever-evolving products offering. This provides a consistent enterprise experience for processes that are commonly required across all products. Customers, using the tools built by the Fabric team, are empowered to create functionality and augment their businesses processing requirements.

This role will see you providing your technical knowledge to ensure a consistent high-quality delivery to customers by our Consulting team and work with our Product team to drive continuous improvement to deliver a product our customers love to use.

As a Consulting Delivery Owner, You'll be working with our best-in-class software solutions, TechnologyOne software that empowers its users. Our products are used by tens of thousands of people every day. Duties for this role include:

• Providing advice, Financials product expertise and support to consultants and as required act as an escalation point for resolving consultant issues to ensure delivery to customers.
• Facilitating the mentoring and coaching of Consultants and create product development plans to ensure required knowledge and skills to undertake tasks within their product specialisation. Support and provide feedback to leaders as required.
• Actively contributing to and monitor Consulting forums, providing specialist advice and direction within a supportive and knowledge sharing community.
• Collaborating with and acting as a conduit for Consulting with our Product team to ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies to both Product and Consulting delivery

Your Talents…

• Experience working in a technical consultancy capacity, ideally with TechnologyOne Products.
• Experience with any of the following Technical Consulting skillsets:
  • Analysis and Design
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • BPA & Forms
  • Crystal reports
  • ETL
  • Integration design & development
  • Web services
  • XLone
  • DocOne
  • Stored Scripts
  • Dashboards
• A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (SaaS products ideally)
• Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience.
• Ability to translate customer requirements to equivalent product functionality.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively and maturely communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels.
• Experience in presenting to and across a diverse stakeholder audience to influence a successful outcome.
• Strong commercial acumen in effective decision making when balancing competing priorities across cross functional teams.
