Global Payroll Manager - Stand Alone Role

With an expanding global presence, this ASX-listed investment management firm is superbly positioned to capitalise on it's unique global offering, led by an exceptional senior leadership team.

Reporting into the Global Head of HR, As Global Payroll Manager you'll oversee the delivery of monthly, salaried payroll across multiple regions worldwide, in conjunction with the outsourced payroll providers. This is an initial 14 month maternity leave vacancy.

You'll also drive all other payroll activities, including compliance, reporting, and handling of queries/issues, as well as all associated internal stakeholder engagement.

In addition to overseeing and refining the BAU, you'll be tasked with identifying and implementing payroll-related process improvement initiatives, particularly around the integration of newly acquired entities and improvement of current outsourcing delivery in certain regions. 

You are an experienced Payroll professional, with a background in a corporate role and experience driving multi-region payroll. You're an excellent communicator, with an exceptional customer service ethic and a track record in delivery of projects.
