About The Role:
Silk Laundry's growing expansion and success within our Wholesale Avenue requires our team to expand and seek a Wholesale Administration / Logistics Assistant. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our Wholesale department and Brand Representatives worldwide, ensuring seamless end-to-end management and service for our Silk Laundry Partners.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a personable approach when interacting with our Sik Laundry partners while supporting the internal team and maintaining brand integrity. Collaboration and the ability to follow direction are essential, ensuring the smooth delivery of service and operations. This individual is process-driven, highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
A day in the life of:
- Assisting the Wholesale Managers with Data Entry, CRM reporting.
- Assisting the Finance Department with accounts management.
- Assisting with scheduling, showing appointments and Logistics.
- Assisting with processing, dispatching, and delivery of wholesale orders.
- Processing Sales Orders in Netsuite
- Processing Order Confirmations with B2B platforms.
- Processing RA’s and Credit Notes
- Liaising with international and local wholesale partners on any queries/issues
- Assisting with the Marketing Team with deliverables.
- Conducting Market Research and Competitor Analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the wholesale market.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of promotional strategies and sales campaigns to drive wholesale growth.
- Assisting in inventory management and stock allocations.
- providing training and support to Silk Laundry Partners on product, procedures and policies.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Administration and Logistics.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively interact with teams and external partners.
- Working well within a team environment
- Experience with B2b platforms, Ideally Netsuite and Joor.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- A can-do attitude and good problem-solving skills with the initiative to resolve issues
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Flexibility to work longer hours during peak sell seasons and/or across time zones.
