Job description

We are on the hunt for a sharp, switched-on beauty buyer to join our dream team.

But not just any beauty buyer.We’re looking for the Master of beauty buying. Someone who lives and breathes all things beauty and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the beauty buying sector and who is driven to seize every golden opportunity to achieve those sky-high sales targets.

As the Head of Global Sales, you will be responsible for;

- Developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize wholesale revenue and market share within the beauty and skincare category on a global scale.
- Channeling your inner negotiation ninja, striking up deals that’ll have our profit margins looking oh-so-sweet while staying true to our brand values.- Keep your finger on the pulse of our sales performance, tracking those all-important.
- Leveraging your industry expertise, sales acumen, and network of contacts, you will identify and cultivate relationships with existing and new key wholesale clients, and drive product distribution across various regions.
- Stay ahead of the curve, keeping a watchful eye on industry developments, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics that’ll keep us one step ahead of the game.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, and capitalize on emerging opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, business development, or account management within the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a global or multi-market environment.
  • Deep understanding of the beauty and skincare category, including product trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and market research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.

Location: This position is based at our headquarters Southport QLD and may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
