Glove & Barrier Distribution Lineworker

UGL’s Services - Utilities Operations & Maintenance division have secured a 5-year contract with CitiPower & Powercor to deliver maintenance and construction services for overhead powerlines. As we prepare for this exciting new phase, we’ve launched a new business in Victoria that invites you to join us right from the beginning.
At the heart of UGL's Utilities Operations & Maintenance business are the experienced professionals who once served as Lineworkers. These individuals bring their invaluable expertise, firsthand knowledge, and passion for the field to drive UGL's commitment to excellence and innovation in the utilities sector.
The Opportunity
We are actively searching for experienced Glove & Barrier Lineworkers who are passionate about making a difference and are ready to take on a pivotal role at the forefront of our growing team.
About you
To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Prior experience as a G&B Line Worker and/or High Voltage (HV) Switching Operator
• Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619)
• White Card
• A current Driving Licence is required, with Medium to Heavy Rigid (MR/HR) classification preferred.
• High Risk Work Licences (Elevating Work Platform, Dogging and/or Rigging)
