Position Summary
General Manager Community Mental Health - Western
Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Mental Health Professional to support and lead our multi-dsciplinary Mental Health teams across Central and West Gippsland. General Manager Community Mental Health - Western on a full time ongoing basis.
The role will work closely with the Director of Mental Health Nursing and Executive Director Mental Health Services supporting staff in the Central and Western Gippsland Region along with the leadership team and plays an important role in strategic management, developing and implementing person centred Community Mental Health services.
LRH are looking for a leader with a strong focus on:
- Developing leadership capacity and enhancing the clinical abilities of our workforce
- A strong reputation for Regional collaboration to achieve truly person centred care for the community
- Substantial clinical and leadership experience in Mental Health
This position requires travel between regional sites, however will be situated in Traralgon.
