You will provide vision, strategy and roadmap for our Digital Products to ensure a unique omnichannel experience that inspires our customers through new markets and services.In this role you will be responsible for inspiring our customers through digital user experience and ensuring Coles operates as a technology and digitally empowered organisation. You will own delivery of Trusted Value Personalisation, Digital Products UX/UI, Digital Design and Digital Analytics and Optimisation.About the teamAs a key member of our Enterprise Leadership Cohort, you will build and foster world-class, high-performing, diverse product, analytics and design teams to maintain high performance while driving change and enabling Coles Group to become Australia's most trusted retailer. - 5+ years in a senior product leadership position in a complex and fast-moving business
- Deep industry knowledge to strategically direct product development
- Proven experience working with engineering teams
- Product portfolio leadership with strong understanding of business drivers
- Significant end to end product lifecycle management experience in large, complex B2C environments
- Proven leadership of large diverse management teams
- Understanding of current and emerging global markets
- Cross functional understanding and vision
