- Demonstrated capacity to coordinate, facilitate and model sustained practice and cultural change, across a large and diverse workforce in a health setting using a co-design methodology.
- Excellent net-working skills, with the capacity to work effectively with multiple stakeholder groups including people with lived experience of suicide and recovery.
- High-level verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and facilitate the collection, analysis and dissemination of high-quality process and outcome data for evaluation and planning purposes.
- Current C Class Drivers licence with the ability to travel district wide, independently, in accordance with the demands of the position.
