For the successful candidate, this role will provide a great platform to grow and develop your career within a market leading organisation. Reporting directly the CFO and working closely with the executive team; the key duties of the role will include:
- Oversee the day to day finance function including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Overseeing the production and lead presenting of the monthly board reporting pack
- Driving finance transformation across the function looking to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across group and operational finance teams
- Lead the FP&A and commercial process for the finance function
- Actively manage the company cashflow to maximise liquidity
- Support companywide transformation and strategic decision making with key financial insights aiming at cost saving and growing revenue
- Work closely with external providers such as banks, chartered firms etc.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experienced leading larger finance teams with a keen eye for developing their people
- Experienced leading finance transformation to drive efficiencies
- A great communicator to work well with internal and external stakeholders
