Salary: $67,806 - $78,754 (Plus superannuation)
Hours: Full Time or Part Time(Flexible work arrangements available including rostered days off, part time/job share and compressed work weeks)

Job/Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible providing high level support with Corporate and Commercial Services team. This includes:
- Preparation, printing and distribution of agendas and the collation and proofreading of Council reports
- Assisting the Governance team in administering the corporate management systems, policies and sub-delegation modules in Council’s Pulse System
- Providing administrative support to the Manager Corporate Governance and the legal & governance team including the drafting of reports and correspondence
- Administering the electronic business paper system utilised by Orange City Council (InfoCouncil & LG Hub)
- Transcription of minutes from Council and Committee meetings, proofreading, relating documents and ensuring the standard procedures are followed and completed

So what do you need?
To be successful in these positions you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a professional office environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of staff to meet deadlines, produce reports, minutes and agendas and other written documentation with high attention to detail and within set timeframes
- High level communication skills both verbal and written including the capacity to interact with all levels of staff in an environment requiring a high level of initiative and judgement
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, including the capacity to work to deadlines and set priorities
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement to governance processes and/or systems.
- Certificate IV in Office Administration or similar
