Reporting to the Country Manager, ANZ, the Governance, Risk and Contract Manager is critical to implementing best practice governance, risk and contract management principals.

About The Role
- Ensure alignment with local and global Adecco Group risk minimisation and management activities
- Ensure compliance standards are met across the duration of the contracted solution
- Identify potential threats to brand reputation, financial sustainability, operational efficiency, workforce investments and the safety to develop a combined understanding of overall risk exposure
- Leads the development and continuous improvement of governance arrangements and enterprise risk management
- Monitor strategic contact performance and outcomes to Country Manager, MD and other parties on risks that may result in adverse commercial, political or public interest
- Provide specialist advice on complex policy, procurement and contracting issues to ensure activity alignment to contract objectives
- Managing internal and external stakeholders and identifying emerging trends
- Strong understanding of contractual compliance and successful delivery of the services through to ensuring awareness within the required stakeholders
- Attend and actively participate in governance meetings and contract performance reviews with the Commonwealth and Subcontractors as required
- Regular travel to ACT and across other states to ensure on time and quality of deliverables
- 15 years’ managing complex contracts with multi-functional lines and output specifications (including tiered supply chain for a variety of services)
- Degree in a key discipline and additional study such as CPA/C or MBA highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience with complex performance management frameworks
- Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
- High degree of influencing skills and keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of governance, risk and contract management principles and best practices
- Deep understanding of strategic plans and priorities, legislative and regulatory frameworks, delegations, governance and risk processes
- Effectively monitor competing priorities to ensure delivered within tight timeframes
- A background or understanding of defence/ defence industry is advantageous
- An Australian Citizen to pass a Baseline Clearance
