The Opportunity

This role will suit an experienced business support/process analyst who is keen to work as part of a small expert Governance, Risk and Compliance team responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of BDA's governance framework, enterprise risk management, compliance and assurance.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively navigate a complex organization operating in a highly technical, innovative and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Support Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) strategic initiatives
Contribute to GRC projects and implementation activities
Facilitate GRC processes, data collection, analysis, documentation, presentations and meetings
Monitor execution progress and identify insights from assurance activities
Provide secretariat support to Board Committees and Review Boards
Support implementation and ongoing development and usage of software and system tools
Coordinate planning for GRC activities and communications
Publish and maintain GRC intranet site
Document and maintain GRC processes using established document control procedures and guidelines

Experience/Qualifications

Hold a relevant Bachelor degree and 3+ years' related work experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Be a self-starter, able to work autonomously with strong organisation and problem solving skills
Have experience in a business support/process analyst role in a large, complex organisation
Be able to apply analytical skills and produce accurate, high quality work outputs
Have a creative flair and experience with development of visual presentations and communication tools (e.g. infographics, newsletters, intranet page, etc.)
Have strong communication skills, and be able to interact constructively primarily with internal personnel and also with external stakeholders
