This role requires:

• Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law and Regulations

• Implement best practice to ensure health, safety and wellbeing in the work environment
• Maintain a child safe culture and implement our high standard of Safeguarding practices
Qualifications and experience needed:
• A Diploma in a relevant children’s service’s field (Australian issued) or a converted overseas equivalent qualification (conversion though ACECQA)
OR
• Completed the equivalent of at least 2 years of full-time study in any degree course in Australia and have 2 years’ experience working with children over preschool age
What you need:
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place
• Current WWVP Check (ACT) (or willingness to obtain)
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with Additional Needs children (Desirable)
• Current Drivers’ License
