AddressNCN Cobram Medical Clinic Cobram is located on the southern banks of beautiful Murray river on the border of Victoria and New South Wales. We are located 3 hours from Melbourne CBD and 2 hours and 45 minutes from Tullamarine airport.
We are seeking full time or part time GPs to join our practice. Cobram Medical Clinic is owned by NCN Health and collocated with Cobram Dental Clinic and Pathology services. Within minutes walking distance are Allied Health Professionals, Urgent Care Centre and Medical Imaging services.
We have four longstanding dedicated GP’s who form the backbone of Cobram Medical Clinic. Our team of Doctors are supported by a Practice Manager, Practices Nurses (2 per day) and Medical Reception staff. The clinic is open Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 8:00am to 6:00pm with doctors having appointments from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Our Practice Nurses (RN) provide support to our doctors and specialise in; triage and patient assessment wound care management health screening immunisations health check reminders patient education blood pressure monitoring ECG INR testing We also have a dedicated Care Plan Nurse (EN) who supports our doctors with completion of; Health Assessments Care Plans Advance care planning In October 2023 we were fully accredited against the RACGP Standards (5 th edition) by ACHS Accreditation for
General Practice. We are a proud teaching clinic and support Medical Students (Years 1 and 3), Interns, Registrars and a Hospital Medical Officer. As a team we are dedicated to providing excellent health care to the members of our community.
