  • Grade 3 - Senior Physiotherapist opportunity
  • Kew and Fairfield location
  • Permanent, part time 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours/week); Wednesdays and Fridays essential, other day negotiable
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of the role will be to provide senior clinical care; including assessment, treatment, evaluation and follow-up for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation clients. The intent of HIP is to deliver improved outcomes for clients and to support hospital demand management and flow, through delivering integrated and coordinated care to clients across the hospital and community interface, reducing duplication and fragmentation of services and ensuring client centred care planning.The position is part of the HIP Community Rehabilitation team. Community rehabilitation is currently provided from our centres at Kew and Fairfield.The key aim of Community Rehabilitation is to help people who are recovering from traumatic injury or illness, are frail or chronically ill to regain optimal function and to allow people to maximise their independence.The programs offer a supportive and dynamic team environment which focusses on patient-centred care.Working at St Vincent’s
