To be successful in this role you will
- Oversee and manage the renal pharmacy services, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific renal care plans.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in renal pharmacotherapy.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pharmacists and contribute to ongoing professional development.
