Your New Role: Experienced Plant Operator
Sancon is actively seeking to recruit experienced plant operators. As a lead operator, you will play a crucial role in our diverse projects across both agriculture and civil construction. From large scale paddock levelling and drainage to subdivisions and intersection upgrades, these roles provide an opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

- Dozer
- Scraper
Hourly rates for the above roles will be based on experience and qualifications.
Key Duties
- Operational Excellence: Ability to demonstrate proficiency and self-motivation across all aspects.
- Equipment Expertise: Showcase your hands on experience.
- Safety Focus: Prioritize and adhere to safety protocols.
- Qualifications: Possess relevant tickets or equivalent qualifications.
- References: Provide contact details for at least three work references who can attest to your skills and work ethic.
