As a FIFO Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction and mining sites. Your expertise in operating heavy machinery to grade and prepare land will directly contribute to the success of our projects. With a focus on safety, precision, and efficiency, you will be an integral part of a team that values your skills and dedication.

Position Overview:
The role requirements include but are not limited to:
- Operating heavy machinery in a safe and effective manner
- Complying with all OH&S safety practices and procedures
- Demonstrating commitment to environmental policies and procedures
- Capability to work unsupervised in remote areas as well as the ability to work well as part of a team environment
- Ability to work well in an onsite mobile camp environment & maintain own living facility
- Opportunities for further experience in a range of earthmoving machinery & career development within the company
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid HC Class Drivers Licence
- Pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen, Functional Capacity Certificate
- White Card
- Senior First Aid / Apply First Aid
- Police Clearance
