AddressWe are a Chartered Accounting Firm located in Nedlands seeking a garduate Tax Accountant to join our friendly team.
We are a progressive firm with a supportive team culture and offer regular training sessions to our valued team of Accountants.
The Role
- Prepare Financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and superannuation funds.
- Assist with Income tax and accounting advice
- Prepare BAS, IAS, payroll tax and FBT returns
- Liaise with ATO and ASIC
- Setting up structure for clients
- Reviewing client work and liaising with clients
- Tax research and advisory work
- Work with and have direct contact with a diverse client base across a broad range of industry Sectors
Skills & Experience
- Completed a bachelor’s degree with an accounting major
- High level of attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent time management and strong organisational skills
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Advance computer literacy skills especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Australian work rights essential
