AddressWe are a small, long established accounting firm in Mandurah. Over the last 12 months we have experienced significant and rapid growth and we are looking for a Graduate Accountant who can hit the ground running.
Our practice has a varied range of clients, from individual wage earners to groups with multiple entities. We also have a significant audit base, including but not limited to Not for Profits and SMSF's.
Tasks & responsibilities
- BAS & IAS preparation
- Preparing ta returns for individual wage earners
- Preparing tax returns & financial statements for companies, partnerships, sole traders, trusts & SMSF's
- Assisting with audits as required
Qualifications & experience
- minimum of 2 - 3 years in public practice
- CPA qualifications or be studying towards
- Experience with MYOB & Xero is highly desirable
- Experience working with audit clients is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with SMSF clients is desirable but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to deal directly with clients
- Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
