Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.
THE ROLE
As a Graduate Accountant you will be reporting to the Financial Controller – Cost Lead as part of a high performing Finance team that is supportive, agile and has established processed and deadlines. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the Accounts Payable and Payroll functions
- Management of allocations/job costings
- Creation and posting of End of Month accruals
- Assisting with End of Month reporting
- Supporting internal and external audit processes
- Help drive business process improvement
- Other general ad-hoc duties
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualification in Accountancy
- Working towards CA/CPA qualification
- Experience in a commercial accounting environment
- Experience using Pronto is desirable
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and numeracy accuracy
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
