AddressThe Graduate Accountant will have responsibility for the monthly management reporting and ensuring that all financial processes are completed in a timely and accurate matter. Unlike many graduate roles that have narrow areas of focus, in this role you'll have the opportunity to work across the entire business. It is supported by a number of offshore staff who do almost all the transactional processing, with the Graduate Accountant overseeing their work and doing more value added tasks.
The role is supported by a CFO with 20+ years of experience in multiple industries and there will be ample opportunities for development and career progression available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare P&L Reports by department monthly
Variance analysis to budget and prior year
Ownership of all Balance Sheet reconciliations including banks
Accruals and prepayment management
Processing company payroll fortnightly
Management of HR leave balances
Ensuring finance Assistants have processed all invoices on the sales and purchasing sides
Arranging supplier payments and paying invoices in line with payment terms
Managing collection of outstanding debts
Assisting with improved use of new finance system.
