Graduate Architect with interest in progressing with its Project management capabilities
Job Description:
- Join a young productive and collaborative design team
- Involvement across all stages of a project
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Work on diverse project types and work closely with the senior team
- Responsible for assisting project heads in preparing working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, for project presentation and construction documentation;
- Drafting building plans for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior design, or similar
- Language Knowledge: English (Proficient), Spanish (Proficient or Advanced)
- Portfolio of Projects showcasing excellent design and aesthetic sense
- Some knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Advanced Experience in using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and reporting skills are a must
- Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
- Highly organized, self-motivated and team player
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
