AddressSignature Exteriors are currently seeking a skilled Landscape designer for immediate start.
Based out of Castlereagh just outside of Penrith Signature Exteriors focuses on high end residential and acreage properties throughout the Hills and Western Sydney. Over the past 10 years we have built a portfolio of detailed outdoor spaces around Sydney and South East Qld.
The role would be working along side the director to design and help manage projects from the initial point of contact and design ideas through to the council approvals.
To be successful for this role you
- Have a creative means that visualises ideas and communicates concepts and design intent
- Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated achiever with a passion for design
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and councils
- Good knowledge and experience of construction detailing
- Good understanding of Australian regulatory codes and framework
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture
- Strong Revit skills with local experience are a must
- Project experience on complex projects is ideal
- Be familiar with the local Australian fauna
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail
This is a full time position working from our office in Castlereagh. Site visits will be required so a drivers licence and own transport will be required.
