AddressWe are a small well established practice with many years of experience in educational projects ranging from early learning to University Campus work. We are also engaged with single residential projects and community projects for local Council.
The role advertised includes but is not limited to the following principal duties:
- Concept design and design development of architectural projects generally under the direction of a senior architect;
- Preparation of Development Application submissions;
- Preparation of tender and construction documentation; and
- Assisting a senior architect in contract administration procedures + site visits and attendance at construction meetings.
The following skills and experience are required;
- An undergraduate degree in Architecture preferably from an Australian university;
- Preferably at least 2 years post graduate experience;
- Archicad knowledge essential;
- 3D rendering capability; and
- Strong graphic skills.
