Graduate Civil Engineer

We are an integrated team of passionate Civil Engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.Our passionate and experienced team of Civil Engineers service the full life cycle of a project including feasibility advice, civil design, project management and construction consultancy services. We've built a vibrant team culture and inspiring environment for our people to grow as we grow.Job DescriptionAbout the opportunityJoining as part of our structured graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You'll get to:

• Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs
• Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
• Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
• Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
• Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, obtained within the last two years

• Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
