We at InfraBuild would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2025 Graduate Program as a Data Science and Analytics Graduate

Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2025, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

As a Graduate Data Science and Analytics - Sydney you will have the opportunity to

• Analyse large datasets from production, supply chain, and quality control to uncover insights and trends.
• Create data-driven strategies to reduce costs, enhance product quality, and increase productivity.
• Enable informed decision-making to streamline processes and drive sustainable growth for the company.
• Analyse market trends and economic indicators to forecast steel demand and price fluctuations, aiding in strategic planning and budgeting

Eligibility Criteria:

• A genuine interest in Data Science and Analytics within an operational steel manufacturing and distribution environment
• Australian/NZ citizenship OR an appropriate visa with unlimited working rights
• Completed an Australian tertiary degree in the past three years (or due to be completed in 2024)
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-relevant work experience (part-time or unrelated work doesn’t count)
