The Colac Otway Shire Council are seeking to employ a Graduate Engineer in a Permanent Full Time position.
As a Graduate Engineer you will participate in and support Council's Infrastructure Development Unit with a technical focus on providing the ongoing improvement of Council's infrastructure and compliance with relevant standards, legislation and best practice. You will ensure infrastructure development requests from the community and external works permits and planning permit applications are responded to in a timely and accurate manner. You will also support the provision of accurate technical input and advice to the organisation and adherence with relevant standards in the form of scoping, planning, and design of infrastructure projects.
The successful applicant will require a Tertiary Degree, or Diploma in Civil Engineering or approved equivalent and hold a current Victorian drivers licence.
Salary information: $70,533.32 to $80,331.16 per annum plus superannuation.
