Multiple opportunities currently exist for Graduate Engineers to support our manufacturing operations.

• Production Team Lead - Hone your leadership skills and become engaged in all areas of the business from Reliability, Engineering and Process Safety to Quality, Supply Chain and Human Resources.

• Control Room Automation Lead - Oversee the remote operation of the Front End and support our reliability program (SCADA, PLC programming/fault finding, telemetry implementation) and process improvement engineering (Uptime and rate at the pacemaker).

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related)
• Highly effective interpersonal skills with stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
• Self-driven and pro-active, having a willingness to learn and an ambition to develop towards a leadership role

Desirable

• Exposure to team leadership through community service or sport
• Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
• Intermediate knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Project Management principles
