AddressSATEC is an innovative leader in Research & Development for electrical Smart Metering. We focus on electrical smart-metering technology, power quality analysers, digital fault recorders, and software for the Smart-Grid & Energy Management and Billing.
Your role will include working with leading-edge electrical technology and modern Software as a Service (SaaS) serving many markets, such as Utilities, Renewables, Industrial, Commercial & Residential, and Data Centres...to name a few.
Your role will be to provide technical and project support for customers for pre and post-sales activity. You will also be involved in on-site project work and assisting sales and marketing activities with your technical knowledge.
Main Duties
● Assist with technical support and project site work
● Develop demonstration and system hardware projects and administration of the SaaS platform
● Testing and validation of firmware for hardware
● Development of the SaaS platform including JSON scripting where necessary
● Review and updating of electrical and project drawings and documentation
What you must have to apply for this job
● One or more of the following:
○ Engineering Degree
○ Technical Diploma or equivalent
Electrical experience without qualifications may be acceptable for the right candidate who is tech-savvy - Qualified Electricians will be considered.
● Awareness with CRM and other software systems such as Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, etc.
● Must have rights to work in Australia
You will be highly regarded if you also have
● Prior experience in: Metering, Energy, ICT, Automation, SaaS, etc.
● Experience in BESS, Syncrophasor measurement, power quality
