The Opportunity
As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.
This two-year program will challenge your thinking across the Environment Department, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects across multiple rotations throughout the business.
With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry.
9 rotations over two years including development in Approvals, , Compliance, GIS, Closure and Rehabilitation, Biodiversity and site rotations in both Iron Ore and Lithium
First Aid, 4WD and Fauna handling training courses as part of program
Project planning and participation in Environmental Risk Assessments
Corporate and Site based rotations.
Support and mentoring from a 50-person environmental team, including several subject matter experts
Requirements for the role
To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
Graduated by the end of 2024 in Environmental Science, Earth Science or Biological Science, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
